"Tall oaks means quality."

We have dealt with other farms in the past for hay and purchasing animals but none compare to Tall Oaks Farms. They are the most honest, trustworthy and dependable folks I have dealt with. Lance has great, well cared for cattle and when you see his fields you know he puts heart and soul into producing great forage for his cattle and sells some of the best clean hay I have seen. His cattle are fat and healthy. Hay with little to no johnson grass which is horse quality. Joanna handles the horse side of the farm and all I can say is WOW. Quarter horses for ranch, show, barrel racing, english/hunter/event horses. She has the knowledge and staff to raise, train and sell some of the best horses on the market. No gamble buying here. She is honest and a straight shooter bar none. Nothing leaves her farm without a guarantee and she stands by it. Her staff works the horses, are very nice ladies and can tell they love and put their hearts into all they do. Christian based farm. Tall Oaks means Quality.

We are leasing to own Joanna’s sweet horse, Tucker for our 10-year-old daughter. Joanna and her team could not have been more helpful throughout this very new process to our family. She is always available to answer any questions and is quick to respond. Joanna is all around so easy and enjoyable to work with. Her love for her horses is very evident. We adore our sweet new guy and would highly recommend Tall Oaks Farm.

I had to take a moment to let you all know about our wonderful experience with Tall Oaks Farm. We bought our first horse baby just a few days ago for our 13 year old daughter. She has literally waited her entire life for this. Buying a horse is the easy part. Finding the perfect horse from people that you can trust is an entirely different thing. I had so many nerves in making this purchase, but when we met Atlas, we knew that he was meant to be ours. Joanna was so kind, so patient, extremely responsive and very meticulous. I appreciate the time that the entire team spent with our family to make sure that Atlas and our family would be a great fit together. It’s so evident the love and heart that is put into this program and these animals. If you’re working with Tall Oaks, you can have complete confidence, and as first time horse parents, that has meant the world to us. Thank you Again Joanna, Melissa, Madison, and Kaylee for everything you’ve done to make an amazing horse for my girl. She has never been so happy.

My daughter has been taking riding lessons from Joanna for a few months. It has been a wonderful experience for her. Joanna is very knowledgeable with the sport and is able to provide both an educational and fun experience for my daughter. She is very passionate and this is reflected through each lesson. She has even been working with us in finding the perfect horse for our daughter as she begins to learn barrel racing. My daughter looks forward to her lesson each week. Her only complaint is that she can’t ride every day! I would, without hesitation, recommend Joanna and Tall Oaks Farm.

I purchased my sweet Mustang, Jake, from Joanna (with the help of Jason Lancaster) and I could not be happier. Jake is so easy going, excellent with ground work, attentive under saddle, and so friendly! His loving personality is what got me hooked and I knew that, being a Mustang, this spoke volumes about his previous owner and her handling of him. He is great on the trails, which is exactly what I wanted, and almost nothing phases him. Thanks for all your hard work with him, Joanna, and thanks for the opportunity to add him to our family.
