  • We offer flexible, off-site leasing options on select horses and ponies with a signed lease contract and references. Leases are only available to local professional programs and insurance is required.

  • We require at least one trial ride on all lease horses/ponies to ensure suitability with exceptions made on a case by case basis.

  • Any horse or ponies offered on lease will have a full health, lameness, and/or serviceability exam done prior to leaving our property and will be UTD on shots, coggins, chiropractic, teeth, and farrier prior to leaving.

  • Lease to Own options are available on a select basis.

Leasing

  • We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis but offer a 10% non-refundable deposit option to hold a horse for 7 days, during which time their ad will be marked pending and no trials or viewings will be scheduled. If a prospective buyer needs longer than 7 days, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required for every 7 additional days the prospective buyer wishes to hold the horse. All deposits collected are applied to the purchase price if the sale is completed. â€‹

  • We can accept cash, PayPal, and certified money orders only.

  • We do offer post-purchase boarding or care if a buyer needs time to make transport arrangements. We offer 5 days free and then buyers will be billed for $20/day.

  • Hauling is available at an additional charge and we also work with several reputable shippers. Fees for us to haul must be paid in advance and transport updates will be provided hourly to the owner unless otherwise arranged. Fees for third-party shippers will be arranged independently between them and the buyer.

Financial

purchase Selection

  • All buyers are allowed, and encouraged, to have a Pre Purchase Exam done at the buyer's expense prior to purchase. We will personally handle transport to any local vet (<30 miles) free of charge for this service. Upon purchase, all buyers will receive a signed bill of sale and a quick reference sheet including all measurements, feed plan, training notes, and health team contact information.

  • All horses are sold as sound to the best of our knowledge unless otherwise stated. No horse (or person in fact) will ever be 100% sound so we encourage buyers to consider suitability for your competitive and/or recreational goals and abilities as the #1 factor in prospect purchasing.

  • We require all prospective buyers to schedule at least one trial ride on any horse they are considering. We want to ensure a suitable, confident match for both horse and rider so vets, farriers, trainers, etc are all welcome to accompany prospective buyers to their trial rides.

  • Every horse we offer for sale will be listed with a detailed description, pictures, and videos. We are 100% full disclosure and strive to inform prospective buyers of the horse's current training plan, current and prospective competition levels, quirks, preferences, experience history, and any vices or issues. We have a long-standing history of cultivating repeat clients so we encourage all prospective buyers to be honest about their own riding level and the type of horse that is best suited to their skill level and future goals. There is no shame in buying based on honest self-evaluation; it will almost always guarantee a happy, long-term match for both horse and rider.

  • If in the event a buyer needs to sell their purchased horse at any point in time, we will always welcome them back if we are able. If we cannot, we will be happy to help advertise for the owner to assist them in finding a good match.

  • We, unfortunately, cannot control what happens once a horse leaves our property which is why we encourage trial rides and PPE's as well as make it a program standard to disclose everything we know about a horse prior to purchase. We cannot control any issues related to a buyer's training program, tack, facility, riding ability, etc. We, as a business, cannot be held responsible for issues that arise due to these variables but we give our personal cell numbers to buyers and will offer any guidance or help we can for the life of the horse. We truly believe in cultivating repeat buyers and will work with all buyers in any way we can.
